No. 1802L RV Screen Door Latch (Left Hand) for RV, Camper, Fifth Wheel

REPLACES AMERIMAX, E287, ATWOOD STYLE LATCHES

There are several manufactures of this type of latch. Unlike many, this particular model utilizes durable polycarbonate for the lever/latch making them the strongest available.

Be sure to measure your existing mounting holes to assure a no drill installation. However, if need be, this latch will work on most doors with little or no modification.

NOTE:

This latch will NOT WORK with our (or the original) inside screen door handle that replaces the Atwood #10-15296A. (our #15296A available here in our store). If you need that latch, it is our part #1804 which you can order here: Atwood Replacement Latch

Due to the fact that we sell both Left and Right side Latch kits, please pay close attention to the included drawing to assure you purchase the correct latch.

Screw hole center dimensions:

Lever/ Latch: 3 3/32”

Striker: 1 3/8”

Outside door catch: 1”

Also note that if you have the broken Atwood Paddle Type inside door handle #10-15296A (now discontinued), we manufacturer a new style replacement as well.
